Our basic official policy is that if there is a problem on our end we will take every reasonable step to resolve the problem and absorb the costs of doing so. If there is a problem that is on your end, like you gave us the wrong address, or payment information, we will take every reasonable step to resolve the problem as long as it doesn't cost us too much. If there is a problem that is with a third party, like a shipper damages or loses the shipment or sends it to the wrong address or sends us a bad delivery estimate, or a vendor supplies us with the wrong product or information about a product, we will take every reasonable step to resolve the problem with them while doing our best to keep you updated and you won't be expected to pay for anything to resolve the issue and will receive a credit back to your credit card as appropriate.
